or FREE online back office delivery system. All of the leads you purchase through
our multiple affiliate coop's and lead ordering web sites, will be delivered
to your own private www.myfreshleads.com account.
A link will be sent to you with an ACCOUNT LOGIN, and passcode each time you
have a lead delivery to pick up. You can click on the link to access all of
your real time leads, and any other leads you purchase from any of our affiliates.
You can also change your password to whatever you want, and change your email
on file with us here (The email you provide us with here, will be the one we
use to deliver your REAL TIME leads to, so make sure it is accurate.)

QUESTION:
I ordered and paid for 50 leads but when my first lead
came in it said that the quantity ordered was 12. Can you please explain?
Answer:
We place smaller orders that will add up to 50 over time, if we put down
50,
right
away, you would get them too quickly. This way your leads are spread
over time.
(This is just an example, if you ordered 100 real time leads, this scenario
would still apply.)

Question:
Why do I get "poor
quality leads," and especially tele-verified "poor quality leads" ?
A: It is important to first understand that we generate 10,000+ telephone-verified
prospecting leads a week, and 10%-20% of them will be rotten apples.
A: We are not perfect, but we are honest. Poor Quality leads
are inevitable. We have extensive systems with our staff and software to
minimize poor quality leads, but some will always slip through. You should
know this right upfront. Poor Quality leads come from one of four
places: The prospects lied to us, or lied to you, filled in phony
information, were not correctly verified by our team of tele-verifiers, or
your initial approach is not effective.
1.) The Prospect lied. They
either lied to us, or they lied to you. Sometimes prospects tell us they
are interested just to get us off the phone. They also will change their
mind about working from home, after talking with a friend or spouse, and
then when you call, they say they "never requested it," or they
are "no longer interested." We have proof that every person opted-in,
and proof that they said they want a phone call from a home-business owner
with our tele-verified leads. Understand that people in general lie all
the time, and you will have a handful of these leads on your lists. Here
are a few examples:
Example 1: They tell us they want
a call or they want info via email, and then later they change their mind
for whatever reason, and then say "I never requested anything."
Example 2: The prospect tells you
they "I don't remember filling anything out," when in fact they
remember, it was just easier to tell you that, then tell you that they "changed
their mind."
Example 3: The prospect tells you
they "I don't remember filling anything out," and they are telling
the truth. The fact is that the average person doesn't remember what they
had for dinner yesterday, because of lack of presence, and if they are
surfing 100's of Web sites a night, they may have truly forgotten what
they filled out.
2.) Our Tele-Verifier did not
do their job correctly. We have a phone room of 40+ Tele-Verifiers
and a handful of these people don't always do the most accurate job,
unfortunately. We do our best to monitor them, but some employees simply
are trading time for money, and they don't perform at the quality standards
we would always like. This is why we have a code for each tele-verified
lead that tracks the lead directly back to the tele-verifier that approved
that lead. This is why we ask you to fill out a simple replacement
request form, including email address and name. Your replacement
requests are appreciated, as it helps us to know which tele-verifier
is not doing their job correctly. Please click

3.) People fill out false information. People
Sometimes Fill out false information to see what the next page is on our
ad registration system, simply because they are curious. We have special
tactics to filter out a majority of these tire-kickers, but there will
be some that slip through the cracks.
4.) You personally do not have
an effective approach. You are sending a mixed telepathic message,
or are not approaching them in the most effective manner through your
verbal message.. Please contact your upline for assistance with this.
These Four Examples above will hopefully give you some insight into why you
will receive anywhere from 10-20% of poor quality leads. We are not
perfect, but we are honest. Overall you must always remember that
a lead is only a lead, and you must work the numbers to find the quality
people you deserve to partner with.
In rare cases, some of our
clients experience more than 20%... and to help you understand
this, it is because of our mixing system. We have a highly advanced
system that mixes all the leads, so that you get a variety of diversification
of leads. It is equivalent to mixing/or shuffling a deck of cards...
where, if the shuffle is off, someone may get dealt a bad hand. No
advertising source is 100% predictable. We both know that, it is not
important always what happens, but what we do with what happens, that
makes the difference. That is why we stand behind you 100%, and why
we offer replacement leads, or lists after investigating your case.

Some of our leads come with a 10% overage. To receive replacements, you must

leads said they have already been contacted, and I bought Real Time Leads,
how could this be ?
If some of your leads have been contacted
already, that is actually a good thing… let me explain: If your leads are
saying they talked to someone else, then that means they filled out more
than one advertisement on the internet about working from home. Other lead
generation companies are advertising, and the prospects/leads that are
really serious, or searching and filling out more than one ad, just like
you would call more than one phone number when looking for a job, if you
were serious that is. The Other lead companies are most likely selling
the leads as online leads to some of their clients. We have no
control over this. However, we are calling and televerifying the
leads, so you can let the lead know that you are calling back based on
the contact they or their spouse had via the telephone with one of our
live operators where they expressed an interest in working
from home.
